CD5 antigen distributed in most of the T cells and thymus cells, most of the T cell lymphoma (coat layer of lymphoma is often positive, disposition and follicular lymphoma is often negative reactions) and is derived from the B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia and positive expression, but does not react with other types of lymphoma (such as follicular lymphoma and hairy cell leukemia, large cell lymphoma, etc.), the antibodies will help to classify lymphoma.
